2. Data currently processed
The website currently has no registration forms, newsletter, direct checkout or user area. The hosting server may record technical data needed to deliver and protect the website, such as IP address, date and time, requested URL, browser and security events.
The public results panel requests aggregate metrics from a first-party endpoint. The server queries FXBlue with a fixed technical identifier, removes operational fields and delivers only five aggregates, the account type, history length, and provider-update and observation dates to the browser. The visitor’s IP address, referrer header and user agent are not forwarded to FXBlue through this flow. Links to MQL5, FXBlue, Myfxbook, RoboForex, Facebook, LinkedIn and Telegram lead to services governed by their own policies when the user chooses to open them.
Some RoboForex links may be promotional or affiliate links. When they are used, InfinityGold may receive compensation; the relationship is identified beside the link and explained in the risk and affiliation notice.
3. Purposes and legal grounds
- Deliver, maintain and protect the website technically.
- Prepare local measurement of views and clicks for selected calls to action. The analytics adapter remains disabled and does not transmit these events to a provider.
- Respond to communications voluntarily initiated on external platforms.
- Meet legal obligations and defend legitimate rights.
Technical data will be processed for as long as necessary to deliver, protect and diagnose the website, and afterwards for any period required to address liabilities. Before a new tool is enabled, its provider, region, purpose, data categories, retention, recipients, legal basis and applicable consent or objection mechanism will be documented.
4. Recipients and transfers
The hosting provider and external services a user chooses to visit may be involved. Some providers may process data outside the user's country. InfinityGold does not sell personal data from this website.
5. Rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction or portability where applicable by writing to infinitygoldfx@gmail.com. To protect individuals, reasonable information may be requested to verify identity before a request is fulfilled.
6. Future changes
Before analytics, forms, email marketing, advertising pixels or user accounts transmit data, this policy and the applicable consent or objection mechanism will be updated.
