Correct installation does not end when the EA is attached. Mark these points to verify the symbol, account, permissions, tests, statuses, and support process without exposing private information.

Short answer

What the statuses mean

EXECUTION READY means the panel does not detect an active block at that moment. It does not mean that a trade will open. MARKET CLOSED, SPREAD HOLD, and ENTRY HOLD describe pauses that should be understood before intervening.

When to stop

  • The account is netting or its mode is unknown.
  • The instrument is unavailable or you do not know its specification.
  • The logs show persistent initialization, permission, volume, margin, or server errors.
  • You do not understand the calculated volume or risk.
  • A screenshot may reveal credentials, account number, name, email, private server, or sensitive history.
